Silver increases over 100% - 31 year high !!

In a recent 12 month period the price of Gold increased by 27% .... pretty good right ??
Well, Silver increased in the same period over 100% !! And it is at a 31 year high while Gold had 3 days n a row at record highs. This is all foretelling the crash of the dollar.
