Dutchsinse has done it again !! This YouTube user has been predicting earthquakes & tornadoes successfully based on radar anomalies called HAARP rings which are government induced frequencies .. this has all been documented .. investigate it if you doubt it ... but here is the video from 2 days ago where he predicted tornadoes for the states which we now know was hit & over 200 people were killed. Notice how he pinpoints one of the areas in alabama near Tuscaloosa which was badly hit.
