Is this even human?

Robot or human ?? Is this a sign of what we as people are naturally capable of ?? ... or is there some funny business going on ... with drugs &/or technology .. I have always felt the level of technology in existence is actually way far advanced to what we the ordinary citizens have available to us ... the toys we play with today were probably available about 50 -100 years ago ....
