We now are passing 7 billion people this October. So when was this article written ? In the 80's ?? 90's ?? Try September 2001. Latest estimations show we are adding another billion people to the planet every 12-15 years ... yet according to this article it ONLY TOOK 10 YEARS !!

This is a major problem with food shortages, lack of access to clean water & the spread of disease due to people living in very close proximity to one another ...
This explains partially why the Elite are doing what they are doing .
