This was developed by the British in WW2. What it does is to emit microwaves (very high frequency radio waves) at a specific frequency. They did what any radiophysicist of the day would have done and put them in an airborne radar set. Had the Germans had a cavity magnetron, they would have done the same, they were far from stupid. This short wave length ("centimetric") radar was one of the weapons that won the war.

Use of an oven in Russia is just absurd. Much of Russia at the time was not on the electric grid, the soldiers would have had to drag a generator around with them, with and operator/mechanic, fuel (in VERY short supply, so short that planes and tanks were grounded through a lack of it) while there was a bounteous supply of wood from house ruins.

While we now know much about German secret studies in WW2 e.g. jet engines, atomic theory, tank armour, oil from shale, explosives, advanced aerodynamics, rockets etc, there are NO papers on microwave ovens. Such ovens do not appear in any literature on the WW2, not in biographies, technical writings, historical articles, or social studies.

Every single citation german invention of MW ovens comes from one source, as does your post above, that of Bill Kopp as retaken by Wayne & Newell, Tom Valentine and Mercola.com.

In short, there is absolutely NO evidence whatsoever that the Germans developed the microwave oven and lots to say that they didn't. kiwi-ianhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12795688798972257306noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-217995064446123602.post-27534599055966961392014-08-18T00:37:03.456-07:002014-08-18T00:37:03.456-07:00hope you don't live in the US..wait! i bet you...hope you don't live in the US..wait! i bet you do..what did Zapata invent? to be called "zapatista" u must admire the guy? ha! your lack of faith in people reflects your own mettle..in the old days when cereal was invented..most people were POOR..people live miserably..ruled by dictators, tyrants and kings and queens..modern inventions made it EASIER for people to be independent, and actually EAT better and grow better, have better teeth etc..that we later discover some of these things are not as healthy and some not healthy at all, shows the ingenuity and good will of men
so, save your contempt..! the inventor of an item is the man that got a patent and put the item to the people..doesn say there WEREN'T designs before..so the Nazis had it..but they didn't market it for the benefit of people..yes it helps..yes just heat for a minute etc..
not for cooking..as for accidental inventions..happened all thru history..get some faith in your bones :) CHEERS Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13977800345865773767noreply@blogger.com
